Ingredients
Prepare entire box of stuffing.Boil Squash in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes.Mix together one 8 oz container of sour cream and 1 can of cheddar cheese soup.In a 8x8 dish, layer squash, stuffing and soup mixture, leaving the stuffing on the top.Bake in the oven @ 350 for 30-45 minutes until stuffing looks browned. Enjoy :-)
