Turkey Sloppy Joes for 2

*1/2 pound ground turkey*3 oz tomato paste*1 cup water*1/2 medium onion, chopped*1/2 red bell pepper, chopped*1/2 tsp chopped garlic*Cinnamon to taste*Cumin to taste*Chili powder to taste*Cayenne powder to taste (optional)*4 Light Wheat Hamburger Buns*2 tbsp BBQ Sauce*2 tbsp Ketchup*Pinch of cheddar cheese*Dollop of Sour Cfream
*Add onion, garlic, and pepper to pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium high heat. Sautee for 3-4 minutes, until fragrant
*Add ground turkey and brown, about 5 minutes.
*Add tomato paste, spices, BBQ sauce, and Ketchup. Let reduce until thick.
*Serve on toasted hamburger buns; top with cheese and sour cream and a FORK! :)
