Gluten Free Vegetarian TVP Burgers

Ingredients
1 C Water7/8 C TVP4 tsp Vegetarian Chicken Broth1/4-1/2 C Choice's Gluten Free Flour mixLawry's to tasteWorcestershire Sauce to tasteOlive Oil
Directions
Mix Broth mix and water, put in microwave for 4 minutes till boiling. Combine with TVP and let sit covered for 7 minutes. Set grill up. Make sure grill is well oiled with Olive Oil. Mix Flour with TVP mixture. Add Seasonings (like you normally would with your burgers). Make into Patties. grill for 3-4 minutes each side.

    I added garlic and onion powders and baked it in toaster oven at 350o for about 20 minutes and it turned out pretty good. A little mustard or ketchup and onion and tomato slices were great additions on a gluten free bun. - 9/27/13
