Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)Corn Starch, .15 cup (remove)Cider Vinegar, .5 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, grated (remove)Tofu, firm, .5 block (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)El Pollo Loco, Jalapeno Hot Sauce, 1 serving (remove)
Saute onion garlic and mushroom in olive oil. Add stock and chili and remaining vegetables, vinegar. Mix .5 cup water and cornstarch and add to soup to thicken. Add hot sauce to taste.
