Ingredients
1 container of fat free cottage cheese (4 servings in it, i believe the 32 oz)1 small container of sour cream (16 oz container)1 packet of the italian seasoning, depending on how much you make you can get away with using 2. This recipe above is with just 1 packet.
Directions
Cottage cheese into bowl, followed by sour cream and seasoning.

Serving Size: I can usually get 25+ 2 tbsp servings.
