Low Carb Fish Sandwich

2 Tbsp mayo2 tsp dill relishsweetener to taste (optional)2 tsp minced onion (dehydrated for true McD taste)pinch of salt1 egg, beatenpork rinds, crushed4 oopsie rolls2 Gorton´s Grilled Tilapia Signature Grilled fillets1 slice American cheese
In small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, relish, minced onion, salt, and if desired, sweetener. Set aside. Lightly grill the oopsie rolls on one side. Dip the fish into egg then into crushed pork rinds. Shallow fry the fish until coating is crispy and fish is warmed through. Divide the tartar sauce and spread it evenly on two of the oopsie rolls. Slice cheese in half and place one piece on each of the plain oopsie rolls. Place fish on top of the cheese, top with tartar sauce coated oopsies. If desired, microwave for 10 seconds.
