Crock Pot Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
10 ounces Chicken Breast (boneless Skinless) or 4-5 tenderloins cubed2 medium carrots3/4 cup sliced zucchini3 cloves garlic chopped2 Large mushrroms sliced2 cup spinach chopped1/4 cup chopped onion2 stalks celery chopped2 tsp Itallian Seasoning1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper3 tsp chicken base3-4 cups water
Directions
Makes 5 servings

Add all ingredients in crock pot except zucchini, mushrooms and spinach. cook in crock pot on high for 3- four hours. add spinach mushrooms and zucchini about 30 minutes before serving. For stove top cook until chicken and veggies are cooked then add spinach mushrooms and zucchini 15 minutes before serving.
