Ingredients
Directions
2 lbs. ground beef-made into meatballs (6 per person)one potato per persona serving of baby carrots per person (8)about 1/6 of an onion (optional)salt and pepper to tasteparsley (optional)
Make meatballs, enough for six per person. This should make enough "stews" for six people. Tear off six pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Big enough to make a pouch with all the ingredients inside. Put six meatballs on the foil, add 8 baby carrots, one potato-cut into bite sized pieces. Add onion if desired (can use dehidrated if prefered). Sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Add some salt and pepper. Pull up the two lengh ends and bring them together and fold them tightly. Keep folding until you can't roll any more. Then turn and roll/fold the end closed. Repeat with the other end. These are cooked on the BBQ.
