16 oz non-fat cream cheese1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa1/2 cup splenda2 tbsp cornstarch2 whole eggs2 egg whites1 tbsp vanilla extract
1. Preheat the oven to 350 IF. Coat a round spring-form or casserole dish (or cake pan) with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the yolks together with all the remaining ingredients until a mousse-like consistency is reached.
4. Slowly and gently fold egg whites into the other mixture. Gently spoon into prepared baking dish, and bake for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 slice (1/8th of cake)
