1 Plain Bagel or English Muffin (Wheat)6 Slices of Lean Ham1 Slice of American Cheese1 Egg
Directions
Scramble the egg. Add cheese and ham to top of egg 1-2 minutes prior to removing from heat. Toast the bagel and add egg, ham and cheese to make the sandwich.
