Janie's Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 can pumpkin (not pie mix)1 box spice cake mix2 cups old fashioned rolled oats1/2 cup walnuts1/4 cup flaxseed meal1/2 cup plain light soy milk (or skim milk)1/2 cup craisins (optional)
Directions
Mix pumpkin, cake mix, and soymilk... then fold in other ingredients. Bake according to cake mix directions for "cup cakes."

This should make about 24 muffins @150 cals. each!
