Pumpkin Pineapple Cookies

1 cup fresh or canned pumpkin1 small banana, mashed3/4 cup date sugar3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon nutmeg3 cups quick oats, not instant1 cup raisins
Combine the pineapple, banana and pumpkin and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Add the pineapple, banana, pumpkin mix to the dry ingredients and mix into a batter.
Preheat oven to 350.
Using a #2 scoop, put cookie dough on baking sheet and flatten out a bit. (they kind of look like little brown hamburgers)
Baked for 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
Let cool and enjoy!
