Bean and Cheese Burrito

1/2 C Uncle Ben's whole grain brown rice 6 TBS Safeway Select Chipotle Salsa1 Can Rosarita no fat frefried beans1 C Cheddar or Colby Cheese, low fat, shredded1/3 C Onion, chopped8 El Pollo Loco 6.5" flour tortillasSpices to taste to include cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper. If you like sour cream you might add low fat sour cream but it is not included in ingredients or calorie count.
Saute onion and add beans and seasoning. Warm but do
cook to liquid state
Cook rice per package instructions and add to bean/onion

Add cheese to mix and head slightly until cheese melts
Warm tortillas using method you prefer. Portion into 8 servings into the 8 tortillas (add 1 teaspoon sour cream at this point if you like,) wrap, and serve.
