Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 package OreIda Hash Brown12 eggs, whisked together1 jar Hormel Real Bacon Bits8oz package shredded low-moisture, part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Directions
Pour hash browns into a 9x13 pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Whisk together eggs, mix in bacon bits. Pour over has browns. Bake at 400-degrees (F) until egg is cooked through (about 1 hour). Cover the top with the mozzarella and bake until cheese is bubbly.
