Tomato Vitamix soup

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Shallots, 4 tbsp chopped Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)*Peppers, pasilla, .5 pepper Parsley, .3 cup Water, tap, boiling 1 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, 1 tsp or to tastePepper, black, 1 tsp or to taste
Directions
Stick everything in the Vitamix except the water and olive oil, and blend until hot and well mixed, about 4-6 minutes. Turn down to low add the boiling water and the olive oil (olive oil is used to defoam the soup, if you do not mind it foaming then you can omit).
