1/2 pound Vennison, any cut or grind1 fresh onion (chopped )1 Cup shredded carrots2 cans light red kidney beans (15.5 oz can)2 cans Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz can)1 can Tomato saucePack of Chilli Seasoning Mix1 Tbsp *Marmite Optional: add shredded pepper jack cheese to top
Cut Venison into small pieces and brown with onion and carrots in large pot or slow cooker. Add remaining ingrediant except cheese. Simmer for 4 to 6 hours until done. Serve with Pepper Jack Corn Bread and add pepper jack cheese to garnish chilli
