1 tbsp garam masala1 tsp ginger1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne1 tbsp Butter2 cloves Garlic1 cup Onions, chopped 2 cups tomato Sauce1 14 oz can Diced Tomatoes1 tbsp Tomato Paste3 cups meat from whole rotisserie chicken, skin & bones removed, meat shredded1 cup peas, frozen5 tbsp Carnation 2% Partly skimmed Evaporated MIlk
Stir spices together. Melt butter and cook onion until tender. add garlic, tomato paste and spices. cook 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients except peas and milk. Simmer 10 minutes, add peas and milk and simmer until heated through.
