Ingredients
Cabbage Red - Fresh - sliced thin1 medium onion - sliced thin1/4 cup apple cider vinegar2 heaping tablesponns good Apricot jam2 tbsp sunflower oil1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Add sunflower oil to skillet. Add cabbage and onion. Saute until wilted about 15 minutes. Add vinegar, jam and tsp salt. Simmer until liquid evaporates.
