Ingredients
5 cups cake flour2 cups nutty wheat of whole grain flour1 cup all bran flakes1/2 cup raw oats1/2 cup oat bran8 teaspoons baking powder1teaspoon salt60ml sesame seeds60ml sunflower seeds1/2 cup raisins500ml fat free yoghurt1 cup canola oil4 large eggs1 cup apple sauce1 cup sugar
Directions
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Spray extra large baking tin.
Measure and add all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
mix all wet ingredients and and to dry ingredients
press the dough into the pan, cut 1x3 inch finger with a knife before baking for 40min.
after 40 min, test if done
Remove from oven and cut/break into rusks.
Bake again in cool oven @ 70 degrees celcius for 7 hours or through the night.

Serving Size: makes 85 rusk 1x3 inch "fingers"
