Super-Spongy Brownies--LOW CALORIE, low fat

Ingredients
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze1/3 cup water1/3 cup flour (I used unbleached white; whole wheat pastry might work too)1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/3 cup truvia--increase to taste2.5 oz jar prune baby food1 tsp vanilla2 egg whites (or 6 tbsp liquid egg whites)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil.
Combine cocoa, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and truvia in medium bowl; whisk well.
Combine eggs, baby food, milk, and vanilla in separate bowl, and mix well.
Add liquid mixture to dry mixture and stir until well combined.
Bake for 30 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean). Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn onto a cutting board. Let cool for approx. 10 more minutes, and then cut.
