Ingredients
*Lundberg Brown Basmati Rice, 2 cup (remove)*(Wilcox Organic) Organic Brown Egg, Large, 3 serving (remove)*Broccoli Stir Fry Veggies, 5 serving (remove)*Archer Farms Organic frozen broccoli, 4 cup (remove)*365 Organic Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)*Fish Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Directions
1.) Precook rice and set aside to cool.
2.) Saute onion, garlic, and veggies in oil until soft.
3.) Add cold rice and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
4.) Push rice to the side and crack eggs in. Scramble the eggs and mix in with the rice.
5.) Season with spices and fish sauce.
