Chicken Parmesan Mike

Directions
Melt butter in olive oil on med heat.
season chicken with salt and pepper and coat with flour
cook three minutes on each side and remove from skillet
add onion and garlicadn cook for 3 minutes
add tomatoes (Ramano can be used) and and wine and reduce abot 1/2 to a sauce
add parsley and parmesan cheese (grated)
place chicken on top and add parmesan on top
cover with skillet and simmer until cheese melts
serve on top of cooked pasta
