Ingredients
Directions
White Rice (cooked, could use Brown, no worries)3 Egg Whites (or 2 full eggs)1 Chicken BreastAny veggies you want! (I list a half cup each of Carrots and Peas)1 Garlic CloveSesame Oil, Soy Sauce, and Sesame Seeds to taste.
Cook rice and chicken, set aside.
Give garlic a head start to cook in the pan (it tastes better sweated than raw), then add vegetables (which can be substituted for absolutely anything you feel would be tasty.)
Add chicken and rice. Move everything to edges of the pan, creating a bowl in the middle.
Beat eggs and put in rice-bowl.
Cook eggs until they are about 3/4 done, then mix everything together in pan.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil to taste.
On individual serving, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds to taste.
