2 lbs red potatoes1/4 cup butter2 tsps. garlic1 tsp sea salt4 tlbsp. grated parmesan
Quarter potatoes and put in 9 x 9 baking dish. in a small bown combine melted butter, salt and garlic. pour over potatoes and stir to coat. sprinkle parmesan cheese over potatoes Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until done. uncover and bake an additional 10 or until golden brown.
