1 beaten egg.25 C milk1 1/2 C soft bread crumbs (2 slices).25 C chopped onion2 cloves garlic minced1 tsp salt1 lb ground beef1 lb Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage Chub
mix 1 beaten egg and .25 C milk in mixer. Add 2 slices of torn up bread and continue mixing until well blended. Add onion, garlic, and salt. Mix. Add ground beef and sausage, mix until well blended. Shape into 1/8 C balls. Arrange in a circle in microwave safe casserole dish, microwave on high 4 mins, turn, cook additional 2 mins. Add to spaghetti sauce.
