Chix Salad on Whole Wheat Bun

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 ouncesMayonaise, 4 servingPleasonings .25 tsp., 4 servingShallots, 3 tbsp choppedWW Hamburger bun (Lewis healthy life) 1 bun, 8 servingsIceberg Lettuce (salad), 8 leaf, largeRed Ripe Tomatoes, 8 slice, thick/large (1/2" thick)
Directions
1. Cook chicken and cool completely or use left over
2. Dice chicken and shallot, place into a bowl
3. Mix mayo and pleasonings with chicken and shallot
4. Use 1/2 bun and place 1 piece lettuce and 1 tomoto slice onto each bun 1/2 and place chicken salad on top to hold everything in place
