One Pan Taco Dinner

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1 packet taco seasoning mix2 cups water2 cups minute brown rice1 cup shredded cheddar cheese2 cups shredded lettuce1 larte tomato chopped
Directions
Brown beef and drain off excess fat
Add taco seasoning mix and water; stir. Bring mixture to boil. Stir in the rice. Sprinkle rice with cheddar cheese; cover.
Reduce heat to low'; simmer 5 minutes. Top mixture with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato just before serving.
