Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffin

1 3/4 cup oats3 egg whites3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup greek yogurt1/2 tsp. cream of tarter1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1 cup hot water1/4 cup splenda + 2 Tbs. stevia1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
mix all ingredients in blender except chocolate chips. Blend until smooth then add 1/2 chocolate chips set the other 1/2 aside. Line muffin tins with muffin liners. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes then put other 1/2 of chocolate chips on muffins then finish baking for another 2-5 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
