Italian Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground turkey1 tsp. salt (or to taste)1/4 tsp black pepper1 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. garlic powder1 small onion or about 1/2 cup2 Tbs oilive oil
Directions
Chop up onion and saute in 1 ttablespoon of oil until soft. Mix in with all other ingredients (except the balance of oil). Make meatballs with an ice cream scoop.
Coat bottom of pan with remainder of oil and brown meatballs. Put into sauce and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Serves 4 (2.5 meatballs ea.)
