I had quit making homemade pizza years ago when my kids were preschoolers. My crust was always soggy. I tried this recipe with my younger son who is now in high school. We used tomato paste since we didn't have sauce. It was very good. Not soggy at all. He wants to do this again. - 10/9/10

Amazing crust! My husband's new favorite. I did add a tiny bit of basil, oregano and garlic powder the second time I made it and loved it even more. This is now my "go-to" recipe for pizza night! - 2/10/14

  • Don't know what I did wrong, followed it exactly as stated. The crust was limp & not browned. My cheese burned before the pizza was done. My go-to recipe uses yeast & I parbake the crust for 10 minutes and then add my toppings and bake for another 10. Perhaps I will try again & parbake the crust - 3/25/16

  • Used this to make empanadas, just added onion powder a few black pepper. My picky eaters loved it. Thanks for sharing!!
