Ingredients
Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Cilantro, raw, 12 tbsp (remove)*Hot Chili Peppers, 3 pepper (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)*Potato, raw, 5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 2 can (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)*Ground tumeric, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
heat oil, fry whole cumin seeds and onion
add chopped cilantro stalks and tummeric and salt

add chillies
stir in tomatoes ginger and garlic

mix

add cauli and potatoes cook till tender add water if necessary

sprinkle with garam masala and cilantro leaves
