Chicken Chili!!!

Ingredients
Beans, pinto, 3 cup Chili powder, 5 tbsp *bell pepper - green (1 oz), 1 serving *Average Roma Tomato, *Red Onion Fresh, .50 cupJalapeno Peppers, .25 cup, sliced *Smart Chicken ground chicken breast, 6 oz1 tblsp fat free cheddar cheese
Directions
First put the beans to cook in the slow cooker for about 2-3 hours on high until done. When beans are cooked drain the water and add new water to get all that starch out of there!! in a small pot add tomato into boiling water cook until tender. add tomato to a blender or a food processor to make a tomato puree. add the tomato, bell pepper, jalapenos, and onion to beans. Add chili powder and season with sea salt and pepper to taste. Next cook chicken in a pan until no more pink is visible. Add chicken to the beans and let cook for 1-2 hours on low.

Serving Size: makes about 2 cups for each person!!
