Yummy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
Beef, tip round, 1 lb (remove) Sour Cream, 1 cup (remove) Red Wine, 8 fl oz (remove) *Flour, white, .33 cup (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Egg Noodles, enriched, 6 cup (remove) *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) minced garlic 2 tsp
Directions
1. Coat beef tips in flour and brown in 1 tbs. oil.
2. Remove meat and add rest of oil to pan.
3.Saute mushrooms garlic and onion until soft.
4. Add wine and cook until reduced by half.
5. Add chicken broth and bring to boil.
6. Add meat back in and bring to boil.
7. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 min.
8. Add sour cream and cook for another 10 min.
9. Pour over cooked egg noodles.
