Slow-Cooker Country Pork

Ingredients
3.5 lbs boneless pork1/4 tsp salt1/4 tst pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp oil1/4 cup white wine1 (8-oz) pkg sliced fresh mushrooms1 onion, chopped1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, fat reduced1/4 cup sour cream, fat reduced2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Directions
Season pork with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a large skillet, heat oil and brown pork on all sided.

In a slow-cooker, combine wine, mushrooms, and onion; mix well. Place pork over vegetables. In a medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and mustard; mix well then pour over pork.

Cover and cook on low setting 6 to 8 hours, or until pork is tender.

Cut pork into large chunks. Serve with sauce from slow cooker.
