4 c. Chicken Broth1 c. chicken breast, chopped4 oz. mushrooms, sliced thin1/2 c. Bamboo Shoots3 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce1 1/2 tsp. Mongolian Fire Oil2 tsp. Sesame Oil2 Tbsp. Cornstarch2 Tbsp. Cold Water
1. Combine chicken broth, chicken, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, vinegar, soy sauce, and fire oil in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 3-4 hours.
2. Stir in sesame oil. Blend cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into slow cooker. Cover; cook on High 15 minutes or until soup is thickened.
3. Serve hot; garnish with cilantro.
