Sausage and Bean Jambalaya

Ingredients
12 ounces cooked andouille sausage 2 Bell peppers, diced in 1" pieces1 can black or pink beans, drained14 1/2 ounce can fire-roasted diced tomatoes2 celery stalks, cut into 1" pieces
Directions
1. Slice sausage in 1/2-inch rounds.
2. In a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker combine the sausage, sweet pepper, drained beans, undrained tomatoes, and celery. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or on LOW for 4 hours.
