Egg Roll WrappersCabbageCarrotsOnionWhatever other ingredients you'd like!
Directions
Mix ingredients in food processor, lay one egg roll wrapper on a cutting board diagonally put a handful of mixture in the center, fold one edge up and then fold side edges in and put a dab of water on the other edge of the wrapper and roll together. Place egg roll flap side down on pan and brush with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 mins.
