Tuna albacore salad

Ingredients
6oz of water packed tuna albacore1tbsp of Heinz dill relish1/2 cup scallions finely chopped(or sweet onion if preferred)1tbsp any light mayodash of pepper1cup of shredded Romaine lettuce ( or lettuce of your choice)1finely chopped jalapeno(if you like it spicy) or 2tsp of hot sauce
Directions
combine all ingredients in salad bowl, and eat in a form of salad or as a sandwich. Use Nature's Own Double Fiber bread for a healthier lunch. I also add a Tbsp. of Milled Flaxseed(HODGSON"S) for omega-3 benifits.
