Smothered Steak with mushrooms

Ingredients
16 oz round steak1/3 cup flour1 cup whipping cream1/2 cup water1 cup mushrooms 1 cup onions1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions
Coat steak in flour, fry in butter til browned. Place in baking dish. Pour whipping cream and water in frying pan stir til thickened. Pour over steaks. Bake at 300 until cooked through. Saute' mushrooms and onions and serve over steaks.
