Captain Hap's Mustard Green Stew

Ingredients
2x Applegate Farms Chicken & Turkey Spinach & Feta Sausage (1), 85 gram(s) Imagine Organic Chicken Broth, 4 cup Muir Glen Organic Diced tomatoes (w/ basil and garlic), 390 gram(s)Reese Artichoke Hearts, 390 gram(s)Mustard Greens, 6 cup Yellow Onion, 160 gram(s) salt and pepper to taste1/2 tbls garlic powder
Directions
Cut sausages into smallish bites.
Chop onion.
Wash mustards and chop down.
Drain and roughly chop artichokes.

Saute Sausage to brown.
Set aside.
De-glaze with a bit of broth.
Saute onions until slightly clear.
Add about a cup of the broth.
Add mustards and garlic powder.
Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until tender.
Add artichokes, can of tomatoes, rest of broth and browned sausage.
Salt, pepper to taste.
Bring to heat.
