1/4 cup ground flax seed1/2 tsp baking powder1 to 2 tsp ground cinnamon, to taste1 tsp melted coconut oil1/4 cup egg substitute1 pkt Splenda or stevia
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a coffee cup and microwave on high for 50 seconds.

Can add flavorings, nuts, berries, etc
