Quinoa & Bean Caprese Salad

Ingredients
2 c cooked quinoa1 c cooked sprouted bean trio (costco)20 cherry tomatoes (whole)20 cocktail bocconcini (quartered)15 basil leaves (torn)6 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Make quinoa and bean mix (follow instructions on bag). Let cool.
Combine everything but vinegar and oil.
Mix vinegar and oil together and add to salad to taste.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
