Fresh Pasta Salad

1 Green Pepper 1 Red Pepper 1 Yellow Pepper 1 Cucumber (with peel) 2 cups Green Beans (chopped) 2 cups Radishes (sliced) 4 cups Broccoli, fresh (chopped) 2 cups Celery (chopped) 2.5 cups Cabbage shredded 2 cups Carrots 1 bottle Wishbone Italian Dressing (2 cups) 14oz Whole Wheat Pasta (1 box)
Cook pasta according to the box, drain and set aside to cool. Chop green beans into 1in pieces and blanch (appox. 4 min), drain and set aside to cool. Chop all remaining veggies and place in the largest bowl you have. Your pasta and green beans should be cooled by the time you are finished cutting the veggies up. Toss them into the bowl and mix together. Add dressing and mix until everything is coated. Let set for about 2 hours so the salad can marinate. (This isn't necessary, but it enhances the flavor.)
