Fast and Easy Baked Falafel

15 oz canned chick peas, drained and rinsedsmall onion, chopped3 cloves garlic5 Tbsps Parsley3 Tbsp Cilantro3 Tbsps Flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp corriander1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp extra virgin olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375.
Drain and rinse chickpeas and throw into food processor. Chop onion and garlic and add in processor. Add rest of ingredients. Blend until combined, about 30-60 seconds.
Make balls using a regular spoon to scoop out and place on aluminum covered cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Place in oven and cook 15 minutes per side. They will be browned when finished.
Serving Size: Makes 16 balls, 4 per serving
