Coffee Shop Butter

Ingredients
½ cup butter, softened¼ cup chopped toasted pecans2 tbsp chocolate syrup1 tbsp prepared espresso, cooled
Directions
Blend together butter, pecans, chocolate syrup and coffee in a food processor until pecans are ground slightly.
Let stand for 1 hour to blend flavours.
Keeps in refrigerator 2 to 3 weeks
Keeps at room temperature 2 to 4 hours
