Zucchini with feta and garlic

Ingredients
1-2 whole zucchini2 cloves garlic1/4 to 1/2 cup feta cheeseolive oil
Directions
Thinly slice z.ucchini long ways. Finely chop garlic. Place zucchini slices in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with garlic and feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a three-seventy five degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!

    I was so mad because I got talking on the phone and burned most of these.....ever done that? However, burnt or no, they were so delicious and tasty. The next trip to the grocery store I will get the ingredients again and make them while carefully watching the timer!!!! Excellent! - 2/9/12

    What a brilliant and easy way to use zucchini. I've been on holidays for 3 weeks and found a HUGE amount of zucchini in my vegetable garden. This recipe is the perfect way to use them up - have done it 3 times already :-) - 8/25/11
