Healthy Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients
2 c whole wheat flour (I used King Arthur Organic Whole Wheat flour)1/2 c unsweetened applesauce3 mashed ripe bananas1/2 c eggbeaters1 tsp vanilla3/4 c honey1 tsp baking soda1/2 c wheat germ1/2 c chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients; Mix all other ingredients and then add the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Spray a 12 muffin pan and divide the batter equally. You can also use one large loaf pan or two smaller ones.
cook for 15-17 min. at 350
