Raw Sweet Flax Bread (1/12th)

Ingredients
Ingredients1 1/3 cup ground flax meal1/3 c whole flax seeds1/4 tsp salt1/3 c pumpkin seeds1/4 c shelled hemp seed2 T maple syrup1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger1 1/3 cups water
Directions
Mix ground and whole flax seeds, salt, and water. Add the remaining ingredients & mix well.

Use the back of a spoon to spread batter evenly on one dehydrator tray. Dry at 105 degrees F for 4 hours. Flip & score into 12 slices to make it easy to break in straight lines. Dehydrate another hour before serving.
