Low-Fat Pumpkin Bread (Uses Mix)

Ingredients
1 box Pillsbury Pumpkin Quick Bread Mix3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce1 cup water3 egg whites2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease the bottom of a bread pan using light EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil).

Combine all ingredients and mix until blended.

Pour into the pan and bake as follows.
1 8x4in. pan - 45-55min.
1 9x5in. pan - 40-50min.
3 3x5in. pan - 35-45min.
