Mesclun Greens and Fruit Salad

6 c. Spring greens or favorite mixed greens1 c. shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix (no dressings)1/2. c. raspberries (or favorite berry)1 c. mandarin orangesDressing:3 T. Balsamic vinegar1 T. chocolate syrup2 T. canola oil or olive oil1 tsp. deli mustard (ie. Grey Poupon)1 tsp. green onion1/8 tsp. salt1 T. Guave Nectar* May add 1 packet of Spenda for added sweetness to dressing and for low carbohydrate
In food processor, combine balsamic vinegar, chocolate syrup, oil, mustard, scallions, salt and guave nectar and blend until creamy. Set aside.
Place greens, cabbage and fruit into large salad bowl. Drizzle with above dressing.
